Tonite we like to make Es Teller... This is one of Minang drink that we like to have i. You could find this drink mostly in Minang Restaurants. Es means ice, while teller i dont know the specific meaning of it..it is like ABC lah..But the ingredients are more to fresh fruits...
The Ingredients
Avacado
Young coconut
Rose syrup
Condensed milk
Buah kabung or palm seed or indonesia says kolang kaling...
Jack fruit
Ice cube
How to serve
Cut all the fruit and put in the bowl..Put condensed milk and ice cube..Let it melt and you can have it..You gonna love it..
